Steps to Install Dota 2 on Ubuntu 19.04
Before we can install Dota, we need to install Steam on Ubuntu 19.04. You can visit my previous tutorial to install Steam on Ubuntu 19.04. Make sure you create a new account or log in using your existing Steam account.
Visit your Steam Store and search for Dota. You should be able to see Dota 2 listed in the search result as follow.
Click Play Now to start downloading and installing Dota 2 on your computer. Make sure you have a good internet connection since it will download huge data from the internet. Once the installation completes, you can start playing Dota 2 on Ubuntu 19.04.
Steam is a great platform that allows Linux users to have the same experiences as Windows users, especially in gaming. Even not all games are available for Linux, Steam opens a new hope for Linux users.
