Error Installing MySQL Server on Ubuntu 18.10

I know it is not a good idea to install MySQL Server on Ubuntu 18.10. Ubuntu 18.10 is not an LTS release and it only supported for short period of time. But for educational and testing purposes, I was trying to install this database server on Ubuntu 18.10. I was expecting that this will be a smooth installation as in Ubuntu 18.04. But, unfortunately I have some issues when installing MySQL Server on Ubuntu 18.10.

The following error show up on my Terminal

Job for mysql.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status mysql.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
invoke-rc.d: initscript mysql, action "start" failed.
