Ubuntu Tutorial – Hello everyone, are you ready for the new Ubuntu 17.04? The new Ubuntu 17.04 has been released a while ago and if you want to try its features, I suggest you to use your USB drive, unless you want to directly install it to your hard drive. If you are Windows users and want to try Ubuntu 17.04, we can easily create Ubuntu 17.04 Live USB using Rufus.
Steps to create Ubuntu 17.04 Live USB using Rufus
- Download Ubuntu 17.04 ISO
- Download Rufus
- Create Ubuntu 17.04 Live USB
Step 1. Download Ubuntu 17.04 ISO
Use this link to download the latest Ubuntu 17.04 ISO
Step 2. Download Rufus
To download Rufus, please visit this link. Rufus does not need to be installed. Simpl run it by double clicking the .exe file.
3. Create Ubuntu 17.04 Live USB
Plug your USB pen drive to the USB port and then Open Rufus. Select the correct device on the device section. This must be your USB flash drive.
Next, jump to the ISO Image selection. Press the button to browse to the ISO image you downloaded on the step 1. Press Start to start the process.
Once finished, boot your PC or Laptop using the USB drive. Make sure to change the boot priority to the USB hard drive first.
