I am currently testing OnlyOffice 4.8.7 on my OpenSUSE Leap 42.3. It runs very well on OpenSUSE Leap. Even there is no installable file, I can run this software. Well, I hope there will be native package/installer for OpenSUSE.

Install Onlyoffice on OpenSUSE Leap 42.3
Step 1. Download Onlyoffice package
Save the file on your local drive. You will have a compressed file called: onlyoffice-desktopeditors-x64.tar
Step 2. Extract the package
Right click the file onlyoffice-desktopeditors-x64.tar and choose extract here. It will produce a new folder called: desktopeditors
Step 3. Run Onlyoffice
Open folder desktopeditors and then double click the file DesktopEditors. Or, you can execute this command under desktopeditors directory
sh onlyoffice-desktopeditors.sh
