Install OXS-Arc Theme on Elementary OS Loki
First we need to download the latest OSX-Arc Theme for Ubuntu and derivatives in DEB format.
wget https://github.com/LinxGem33/OSX-Arc-Darker/releases/download/v1.4.1/osx-arc-collection_1.4.1_amd64.deb
Now install it using command
sudo gdebi osx-arc-collection_1.4.1_amd64.deb
Example:
dhani@dhani-eos:~/Downloads$ sudo gdebi osx-arc-collection_1.4.1_amd64.deb

Install Elementary Tweaks
First you will need to install Elementary Tweaks. Use the following command to install it.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
sudo apt update
sudo apt install elementary-tweaks
Now you can apply our new theme using Tweaks from Settings
